A New Roof for an Oak Extension

We created a timber roof with furrings on a new timber oak extension, with falls to minimise standing water, and installed a new plywood substrate on the existing roof for a flat finish. Alwitra Evalon VSK single ply membrane was laid and fully adhered to an 18mm plywood deck, finished with a 125mm water check and 100mm drip detail. Black Ogee style guttering and downpipes were supplied and installed to the customer's specification, and the customer was very happy with the work.
