Flat Roofing Across Dorset
New flat roofs, repairs and maintenance for domestic, commercial and industrial properties anywhere in Dorset, delivered by one in-house team from our base in Poole.
Flat Roofing Specialists for the Whole County
We provide flat roofing across Dorset for homeowners, commercial property owners and industrial clients. The whole county is a primary service area for us, from Bournemouth and Poole in the east to Weymouth and Dorchester further west. Every job is run from our base at Wessex Trade Centre on Ringwood Road in Poole, by our own team.
The work covers new installations, full replacements, repairs and planned maintenance. We fit single ply membrane, mainly Alwitra, and high-performance felt, and we build green roofs where a client wants one. On larger or awkward buildings, a drone survey gives us a full picture of the roof's condition before we price the job.
Commercial jobs range from offices, schools and leisure centres to retail units, warehouses and workshops. When a roof is leaking and the cause is unclear, we use non-invasive electronic integrity testing to find it before any repair starts. Every installation carries a 20-year standard warranty and a 10-year Insurance-Backed Guarantee.
