The Project

Replacing a Failing Sedum Roof

The customer approached us because an old, failing sedum and flat roof system was causing water ingress into their home.

We took on the whole project: removing and disposing of the old sedum system and fibreglass roof covering, replacing the plywood substrate, and installing a new Alwitra Evalon VSK single ply membrane and a new sedum green roof system. The project took two weeks to complete, and a full one-point 20-year warranty applies.
