What Is Alwitra Flat Roofing?
Alwitra flat roofing is a single ply system built around the Evalon membrane, a synthetic EVA and PVC sheet made for flat roofs. It contains no bitumen and no volatile plasticisers.
It is compatible with bitumen and most standard insulation, so it works on new roofs and refurbishments. It can be adhered or mechanically fixed, on warm or cold roofs.
Alwitra is the single ply system we use on most of our roofs. Correctly installed, it has a life expectancy of more than 40 years.

Where We Use Alwitra
We fit Alwitra on garages, extensions, balconies, commercial premises and large industrial buildings. It goes straight over existing bituminous sheets and standard insulation, which helps on refurbishments. The finished roof comes in slate grey or light grey. The system is BBA and BREEAM accredited and CE marked to EN 13956.
