The Project

A Curved Roof for a New Welcome Centre

This new build welcome centre replaces the old one at this popular country park and gardens, close to home for us. We were brought in to complete the flat roofing, green roofing and fall arrest system packages.

The flat roof has a curved detail and a built-in fall. We installed a self-adhered vapour control layer, 150mm PIR insulation and Alwitra Evalon VSK. Details included an access hatch, skylights, SVPs, timber box reveals and the fall arrest system for safe maintenance access in future.
