A Full Roofing Package

For this project we provided a regular client with a full roofing package, covering the flat roofs and the entire pitched roof. The flat roofs and dormers are warm roof installations with 120mm of insulation, giving a U-value of 0.18 W/m²K, finished in Alwitra Evalon VSK single ply membrane.

The pitched roof works involved new timber battens and a high-performance breather membrane with Marley Modern tiles across the roof. We completed all the works around the dormers, including the lead work. At the client's request, we also fitted bespoke aluminium trims (slate grey to match the flat roof trims) onto the windowsills for a neat, waterproofed finish.
