A House Extension in Southbourne
The job used a foil-faced self-adhered VCL and 140mm insulation to meet the U-value requirements for building regulations. It was completed with Alwitra Evalon self-adhered VSK, made-to-measure outlet chutes and a 50mm drip edge. Using a foil-faced vapour control layer allowed us to integrity test the roof to see whether a green roof could be installed at a later date.
