Three Roofs, One Visit

This castle at the top of the hill in Portland, facing the sea, is now used as a hotel and wedding venue. It had three roof areas that needed replacing due to water ingress and condensation, and we planned all of the works together so we would not be on site during an event.

All three flat roof areas received the same remedial work. We stripped off the existing Alwitra single ply membrane, fitted a new plywood roof deck and adhered a new Alwitra single ply system, with aluminium trims and outlet work. The system carries a 25-year warranty.
