The Project

Three Balcony Terraces at Millgate

The Millgate project covered 180m² over three balcony terraces. Each terrace had a self-adhered VCL (vapour control layer), followed by a tapered insulation scheme creating falls towards outlet chutes to reduce standing water. Evalon VSK was fully adhered to the tapered PIR insulation. Once complete, each terrace was fitted with glass balustrades and composite decking on adjustable rubber feet to protect the waterproofing layer.
