A Felt Roof and Decking Refurbishment

The old decking had not been installed properly and was completely rotten. We removed and disposed of it, cleaned the existing roof and overlaid it with Evalon VSK self-adhered membrane, finishing with a 75mm drip along the guttering edge. New decking was then installed, and the clients were very pleased with the result.
