Ferndown
A new homeowner in Ferndown asked us to replace the old felt roof across their house and extension with a more durable system.
Replacing an Old Felt Roof
The customer had recently moved into a property in the area with an old felt roof laid across the house and its extension. We were asked to remove this roof and replace it with a newer, more durable one. Felt roofs are more prone to damage over time, so this is a common job for us.
The work was not straightforward. Our team had to remove the old felt roof safely without damaging the property exterior, and dismantle it carefully, as any unnecessary damage would have meant more work when installing the new surface.
Completed in Under Two Days
Our team completed the project in less than two days. We removed the old felt roof safely and installed new 18mm plywood and a single ply membrane roof on the house and the extension.
The client was left with a twenty-year guarantee on the work and was fully satisfied with the result.
