The Project

Terraces and Garages Across a Development Site

We worked on this development site on and off for two years, completing over 500m² of warm roof single ply systems and 200m² of green wildflower systems.

The project covered multiple terrace areas and garages. On all of them we installed a self-adhered vapour control layer, a fully bonded tapered insulation scheme and self-adhered Alwitra Evalon VSK. A mixture of the terraces and garages then had the wildflower sedum system installed over the new single ply membrane. We have since been back to see the wildflower roofs in bloom.
