Bournemouth Felt Overlay
A complete roof overlay on a failing felt roof in Bournemouth, using Evalon VSK to keep costs down for our client.
The Project
Overlaying a Failing Felt Roof
Our team carried out a complete roof overlay on a failing felt roof in Bournemouth. Parts of the roof were beginning to crack, and the property was at risk of water ingress and internal damage. Evalon VSK is a versatile membrane that can be used to overlay, and this option kept costs down for our client. To finish, we added a drop-down gutter and 50mm drip trim.
