The Project

A New Pharmacy Block Roof

We are proud to have been selected to complete the flat roofing works at Bournemouth Hospital. A new pharmacy block was built in the centre of the main block to support the hospital's continued growth, as part of large-scale changes constructed through 2022 and 2023.

The new pharmacy block has a warm roof system made up of a plywood deck, a vapour control layer, 140mm PIR tissue-faced insulation and a fully adhered Alwitra Evalon VSK single ply membrane. We also installed a PPC aluminium capping system on the parapets, and a Fleet liquid waterproofing system on a separate new flat roof block.
