The Project
A New Build Warm Roof Extension
We completed a 30m² warm roof on a new build extension. The property developer insulated from the joists underneath to achieve sufficient U-values. We fully bonded Evalon VSK self-adhered membrane to the ply and homogeneously heat welded all laps to create a fully waterproof seal. Once we had finished, the coping stones and a skylight could be fitted.
