The Project

Two Properties, One Plot

This project covered two identical properties on one plot. On each building we carried out the roofing works on the main roof and the 1st and 2nd floor terraces, and fitted the aluminium capping system.

We installed full warm roof systems with Alwitra Evalon VSK single ply membrane as the waterproofing layer. On top of the parapets we installed PPC aluminium capping systems with secret fix profile holders, coloured to match the membrane (RAL 7015, Slate Grey).
