The Project

A New Build Extension in Winchester

We completed this 50m² new build extension using 1.2mm thick Evalon VSK self-adhered membrane, applied straight on to 18mm marine ply and taken up and over the kerb and parapet for a neat finish. Once the waterproofing layer was complete, we installed a semi-gloss bespoke capping system from ICB. Using all ICB products, the roof complies with the requirements for a 20-year warranty.
