Parts of the roof were beginning to crack, and the client was at risk of their property suffering water ingress and internal damage at a later stage. Evalon VSK is a very versatile membrane that can be used to overlay and this option kept costs down for our client. For a quality finish, we added a drop-down gutter and 50mm drip trim.
